To ensure market reach, Altus Communications has set up its distribution facilities in strategic areas of the country like Manila, Pampanga, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and Bacolod. To date, the Company covers over 650 accounts consisting of key, wholesalers & general trade. Its notable customers include Wellcom, Memo Xpress, M.R. Dynamics, Junrex, Edgecom, and many others.

Altus's main office and logistics center are located in Makati City.
